about me
hi! i’m carrion. my pronouns are it/its & ze/hir, i’m an adult.
i’m not in the psychology field in any way, i’m just a person with lived experience who likes to read a lot!
i have:
- Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID) & Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (C-PTSD)
- autism
- schizotypal personality disorder (StPD)
- psychotic episodes, and delusional misidentification syndrome (clinical lycanthropy & cotard’s)
- generalised & social anxiety
- depression
- dyscalculia
- disordered eating (partially autism & trauma, probably Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID) as well)
- possibly Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (Primarily Inattentive type) (ADHD-PI)
- Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) traits
the blog’s icon is from the tiny book of tiny stories vol. 3 (edited by joseph gordon-levitt, illustrated by wirrow). (it’s about waking up in the morning, but i chose it because it reminded me of DID & neurodivergent masking).
the blog’s header is the disability pride flag by ann magill
thank you to Sadness for providing the layout generator upon which I based the styling for this blog!
if you have it installed, the font used on this blog is Atkinson Hyperlegible, a font designed for maximum legibility for those with vision impairments (and by increasing differences between individual letters, also works well for those with dyslexia).
otherwise, the font is Noto, a google-designed font for all languages. or you'll just see your default system font!
most of my blogging is done on tumblr, but i wanted an alternative place to put my original, informative posts (and also coding is fun!).
